Challenge

  • Office Depots’ main goal was to gain new customers and to increase online sales
  • Additional goals included the reduction of the costs-per-order as well as the improvement of used landing pages
  • Office Depot wanted to optimise the quality of their keywords, ad copy and landing pages

Solution

  • Office Depot chose metapeople to implement their SEA/PPC strategy in the D-A-CH and B-N regions. NetBooster was contracted for the UK, Italy, Republic of Ireland and Spain.
  • Account re-structuring was carried out in the ad group as well as on a campaign level.
  • The ad groups were made as specific as possible and one campaign was launched per SKU.
  • Different Google features were used as well as new betas such as RLSA, DSA and GDN with remarketing
  • Fully transparent, and real time tracking was implemented across all markets and channels.
